Lost or Damaged Shipment:
Lost shipment: Lost items are subject to verification. In the event that you believe that your items have been lost or stolen please contact us as soon as possible to expedite process and claims.
Damaged shipment: In the event that your package seems to have sustained damage or appears to possibly contain damaged products, please be sure to sign as "Possible Damage" since this will help us expedite a claim. In the event that your items ARE damaged please contact us immediately and make sure to keep all packaging items such as the box, bubble wrap, tape, etc.
Returns & Exchanges:
Time Availability: All returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days from purchase in order to receive credit back to your credit card or a check payment. All returns over 30 days will ONLY be assigned Store Credit. (Please note credits may take up to 40 days to process.) 20% restocking if not in package.
Policy: ALL Returns and Exchanges must be UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND UNDAMAGED (no fragrance, cigarette smoke, dirt, rips or tears, etc) with original packaging.
Methods of Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, or Money Order.

Gifts & Gift Certificates:
Gift Shipping: In order to facilitate your Gift Giving experience with One Stop Mommy Organics, you may have your purchase shipped directly to the recipient.
Gift Cards: Gift Cards are available for purchase at $1.50 each. A brief message could be given and will be hand written to add a more personal touch.
